those of you suffering from anxiety and panic disorders such as GAD…what are your most common symptoms?

Just wondering what some of the more common symptoms are for you. I know mine deal with feelings of light-headedness, chest pians, and body aches. What are yours?

Mine are mainly chest pains and breathlessness.
