What some causes of panic attacks OTHER THAN worrying?
Posted by admin - Under: causes of panic attack
For me and a co-worker who both suffer from panic attacks, being overwhelmed seems to bring it on. We work at Wal-Mart and when it gets really busy it brings us both into attacks. Hers are worse than mine because she is on the bigger register dealing with more.
Another thing that does it for me is heat. If I am in the heat too long I start to have a panic attack which leads straight into my asthma attack if I don’t get it under control in time.
But if you’re having them the thing to remember is to get where you can get free and clear air with little to no people around. Sit down. Breathe slowly and deeply. And a cold rag on your neck would help.
Hope this helps.

Talk to a doctor. A nutritionist may also be helpful.

Don’t smoke dope, I have a friend who really goes off when she smokes. I think stress is the main reason, depression a little, and bad past expieriences.
